Notes | This article explained the tight relationship between web accessibility and HCD (Human-centered Design). From the standpoint of HCD, several approaches were identified to help improve web accessibilities: 1) Guidelines to navigate and provide insights; 2) Diagnosis tools and integration of diagnostic functions; 3) Diagnosis service by concerned parties; 4) Education and publication activities; 5) Assistive tools. All of these approaches could be further examined and developed in accordance with technological advances in future studies. |
