Abstract

Many studies have been conducted to evaluate the learning of EFNEP participants.  Yet, these instruments did not specifically measure participants’ cooking skills.  A self-reported questionnaire was designed to measure cooking skills in EFNEP participants in Kansas.  Seven questions were asked.
