College transition study shows 4-H helps youth prepare for and succeed in college

Many young adults enter college without the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed. The purpose of the study was to determine if 4-H helps develop life skills needed for the transition to college and overall college success. College attending 4-H alumni were compared with comparison group on six life skills.
