Abstract | The study focused on the contribution of urban positive youth development ot social capital and social justice. Findings indicated that 4-H initiatives related to social capital are reaching marginalized youth. However, barriers are presenting 4-H from reaching these youths adequately and/or consistently. University of Minnesota Social Capital Educational model is included. |
