| Abstract |
A retrospective post-test was utilized to measure programmatic impact on leadership and team building skills. A total of 10 of 10 (100%) of the participants returned the instrument. The survey showed exceptional ratings on 5 out of the 13 factors. The youth board successfully conducted a youth summit in one rural community and is currently working on action plans to address the youth issues that were identified.
