| Abstract |
Purpose of the study was to identify current practices of urban county extension offices and projected patterns of success for 2007-2010. A case study and modified Delphi technique were used for this exploratory study. These patterns of success were identified for Internal Operations, External Operations and programming, including youth programming. |
