Abstract

Secondary agricultural education teachers and state FFA proficiency award sponsors in Oklahoma were surveyed in this descriptive study using a modified Delphi technique that included 3 rounds of data collection. Most of the panelist reported participation in supervised agricultural experiences or 4-H projects during their youth. Findings identified entry-level technical skills, per the seven career pathways.
