Impact of 4-H volunteer management program on volunteer satisfaction and youth engagement in core experiences

Two year study identified needs of volunteers and the corresponding impact on volunteer satisfaction and implementation of core experiences with 4-H club members once the identified needs were addressed. Findings revealed that volunteers are more satisfied and club members are more engaged in core experiences.
