Abstract

The objective of the study was to identify perceived job satisfaction/dissatisfaction of 116 (100%) of the county 4-H agents in Oklahoma based upon selected criteria. A four point Likert scale of categories was used. The analysis indicated that 4-H agents were generally satisfied in their present position. Three areas of dissatisfaction were identified: salary, assignments not related to their job and dissatisfaction with administration.
