| Abstract |
The study provides challenges to the 4-H dairy program and its leadership development. The study identified training and material needs of 4-H leaders. It also determined the leader's knowledge of 4-H youth dairy opportunities and why leaders are involved in the program. The leaders are receptive to training and desire information for creative methods to reach 4-H members. |
