Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the relationship of selected variables with the perceived effectiveness of 4-H key leaders as held by county 4-H agents in Ohio and the key leaders with whom the agents worked. Implications of the study indicate the 4-H agents and key leaders perceived the position of key leader as beneficial to the 4-H program. However, certain demographic information concerning the key leader volunteer may not be as valuable as previously thought.
