Abstract
One thousand, one hundred and 30 leaders furnished information about their 7 most difficult problems in leading local 4-H clubs: Training judging teams, training demonstration teams, getting youth people interested in 4-H club work, getting parents to feel like they are an active part of 4-H club working, making the club program a year-round one, holding members 15 to 20 years, getting members to plan their own program.
