Abstract | The Texas Cooperative Extension Summer Horsemanship School Program was started in 1973 and this summer marked the 34th consecutive year that the program has served 4-Hers, parents and leaders at the county level. A total of 717 youth and adults participated in the schols taught by six horse program assistants. Surveys ranked the schools from good to excellent for improving knowledge and skills of participants. |
