Abstract
The purpose of the analysis was to identify potential outcomes of the 4-H program on the basis of relevant theories. A model of the 4-H organizational system is included which incorporates components, structures, technology, tasks as well as problems to be solved. An innovation-expectancy model from Cooke, Uhlander, and Quinn is likewise outlined. A chart of the relative probablility of outcomes of the 4-H program by delivery modesl: projects, clubs, indivdual study, special interest, school enrichment, camps, and instructional television is also included.
