NotesThis artcile identified that due to the inevitable interaction between open access and library publishing, future librarians mush take on new roles to further improve library accessibility during this process, such as digital publishing libririan and so on. For libraries, it is both economically and socially beneficial to incorporate open access to library development and encourage authors as well as other parties to collectively contribute to expanding public access to original and published library collections.
