NotesThis article proposed a series of actions recommended to academic libraries with regards to ebook lending and interlibrary loan services. Apart from technological development in ebook lending systems, licenses and contracts were equally important in developing library accessibility. Thus, future practices should explore more in improving interlibrary loan services without any legal infringement.
