NotesThis article not only addressed the policy making of web accessibility for older adults in both federal laws and state laws across the United States, but also campared them against laws in other countries, such as the United Kingdom and Japan. In the end, the article proposed several recommendations, urging policymakers to continue improving current policies and laws about web accessibility. In particular, this article identified that private sectors should be paid more attention in the future, since they could be a great contributing factor in providing easy access to web pages for older adults.
