On LHRT’s Seventy-Fifth Anniversary

Personal essay published as part of an effort to document the recent history of the Library History Round Table (LHRT) on the occasion of LHRT's seventy-fifth anniversary in 2022. Round table members, leaders, and scholars were encouraged to share their personal accounts of key initiatives, events, moments, or people in LHRT’s history. The author reflects on his involvement with LHRT starting in the 1990s and how it enhanced his career as an academic librarian and researcher.
