The 1986 to 1989 project summary of the Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture, Inc

The Kerr Center for Sustainable Agriculture (KCSA) has now been in operation for over four years. Much of our initial task was simply to identify what our work should encompass and how to go about it. We eventually began a number of demonstration and research projects we believe address approaches to sustainable agriculture in our region. Most of these projects have now been active long enough to begin showing some initial results. The purpose of this report is to present the initial information generated from KCSA demonstration and research projects from 1986 through 1989. (author)
