Feature Article: This study evaluated a nutrition education curriculum by examining participant behavior change. A previously used curricula was compared to a new one. Participant, educator, and program variables were explored relative to behavior change. Finding indicated that both curricula influenced behavior change in participant, educator, race and educator experience. Participant and educator variables should be considered in future program/curriculum implication.
