Description:   Notes by Locke headed “An inward inspiration or revelation” and endorsed “Immediate ispiration [sic] Dec. 87”.

On a single sheet folded to form four pages, 335 × 210 mm; f. 74v is blank except for the endorsement and two drawings of heads (by Sylvester Brounower?).
