A bound volume in which Locke entered prescriptions and notes on his reading of medical texts, c. 1659-60. Inside the front cover he inscribed “76 Pensford 1659.” There are two indexes according to Locke’s method of commonplacing (p. 108-109, 110-111); the titles on which Locke took notes in this book are listed by him on p. 113.
