RN - <p>Morgan Neville (1783-1839), born in Pittsburgh and educated at the Pittsburgh Academy (now the University of Pittsburgh), was an attorney and author. Neville was briefly a part owner of the <em>Pittsburgh Gazette</em> (now the <em>Pittsburgh Post-Gazette</em>) and served as sheriff of Allegheny County from 1819 through 1822. He died in Cincinnati.</p>
