Abstract |
Owen Gray, 29, has a brain-implant device which makes him an “amp”—a derogatory term for amplified or technologically-enhanced humans. An ultra-conservative Pennsylvania senator leads the government crackdown on amps, and Gray flees Pittsburgh to join an amp resistance movement and to fight back.
