Author Biography |
Ethan Canin (1960- ), born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, earned a BA from Stanford University, an MFA from the Iowa Writers' Workshop, and an MD from Harvard University. Ethan practiced medicine until 1995 when he joined the faculty of the the Iowa Writers' Workshop.
