Addison Irving Bacheller (1859-1950) was a journalist and fiction writer. He is best remembered for establishing America's first newspaper syndicate and for introducing through serialization writers like Stephen Crane, Arthur Conan Doyle, Joseph Conrad, and Rudyard Kipling.
