Author Biography |
Francis Phelan, raised on Pittsburgh's North Side, was educated at Pittsburgh North Catholic High School and the University of Notre Dame. Phelan was a Catholic priest from 1954 until the mid-1960s. He later married a former nun and taught at Stonehill College.
