Author Biography |
Morgan Neville (1783-1839), born in Pittsburgh and educated at the Pittsburgh Academy (now the University of Pittsburgh), was an attorney and author. Neville was briefly a part owner of the Pittsburgh Gazette (now the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette) and served as sheriff of Allegheny County from 1819 through 1822. He died in Cincinnati. |
