Author Biography |
Alice Turner Curtis (1860-1958) was a popular New England children's writer. Her series—all from Penn Publishing—are Grandpa's Little Girls (1907-1912), Little Maids (1913-1937), and Yankee Girls (1920-1930). Hattie Longstreet Price (1891—1968), born in Philadelphia, studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
