| Abstract |
Darren McCord (Jean-Claude Van Damme), fire marshal for the Civic Arena, takes on terrorists holding the Vice President hostage during Game Seven of the Stanley Cup Finals between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks. The terrorists have secretly wired “The Igloo” with explosives and take all 20,000 fans hostage as well.
