Those who get sick are permanently removed to a penal settlement, where all their descendants must remain. The penal settlement is itself a flawed utopia. There is no work required because technology does most of it. No buying and selling. No money. One meal per day has to be eaten communally in one of the many restaurants. A\&nbsp;electrical fence surrounds each city. Children are named by the state, taken from their parents at birth, and raised in cr{\`e}ches without contact with their parents. Compulsory regular medical examinations. Lots of hospitals in penal settlements; none outside.</p>},
