Annotation | Eutopia created by the homeless who were being ejected by a city. They resurrect a failed, half-built, and abandoned development using their own skills and donations from those opposed to their treatment. The eutopia created is a 1950s style small down, and at the end of the story other such towns are being created around the country. The story does not ignore the psychological problems and the alcoholism and drug abuse that frequently go with homelessness. |
