Third volume in a loosely connected series following Little Brother (2008) and Homeland (2013). This volume follows one of the minor characters from Little Brother, a woman who, as an adult, sells her skills to a corporation that helps the dictators of the world with the woman also assisting her friends who are trying to overthrow the same people.
