Dorlan Warthall is an extremely wealthy African American who intends to use his wealth to help African Americans and the eutopia is presented as a fictionalized proposal for solving racial problems in the United States, which will be achieved by establishing an organization that will encourage and develop education, ownership of land, political rights, and better housing, among other things.
