Annotation

A man visits 1890 Morris in a dream arriving twenty years after "Guest", the protagonist of Morris's novel, had been there. Much is the same as in Morris, but the society is more culturally diverse than it was in Morris; there is limited use of a substitute for money, primarily as a means of keeping track of how much needs to be produced, but also to avoid some people taking more than they need; and there are a few "refusers", who will not work.

Info Notes

The final installment has an “Afterword: Return to Nowhere” by the author on 22.
