While we typically do not provide editors with access to create or edit basic pages, there are exceptions. The below sections are useful for those basic pages, as well as the bibliography fields that use a WYSIWYG (What You See is What You Get) free text box.

Revising Contributor Information in BibCite

When contributors are credited (added) within a bibliographic entry, they will appear in the Contributors list. To revise contributor (e.g., Contributor, Editor, Translator, Advisor) information in BibCite:

1. Login with username and password.
2. Under the Content menu, choose Bibliography: References: Add Reference or under the Navigation menu, choose Add bibliography record.

Penn State Libraries Open Publishing offers a basic page content type to set up additional pages to provide context to your bibliography. These can become “About Us” pages, “Author information” pages or any other pages that will provide that additional information or institutional context to your bibliography to make your bibliography unique. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to create and add these pages to your site.
