The actual study reports were published by USDA for the year 1982-83. The findings were published in 4 volumes. See National Agricultural Library call number above. See article information (1984) below. The purpose of the article was to review the evolution of EFNEP over 20 years of program delivery, curricula and measurements of program effectiveness and to point to the need for continual evaluation and adjustment of the program in response to these findings. |
