The Family Aide Program (FAP) utilizes a multi-agency administrative structure and multi-agency funding. The first volume of a two-part study reviews the organizational history of the FAP as it evolved and operated; identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the structure; assesses the level of inter-agency cooperation; and assesses its value as a model for replication.
