Author Biography | Hans Otto Storm (1895-1941), born in California to German refugee parents, studied engineering at Stanford and was a radio engineer and novelist. Full Measure is his debut novel. He died by accidental electrocution just after Pearl Harbor while completing a large radio transmitter for the United States Army Signal Corps. She is buried in Hartford, Vermont. |
