Abstract

Dunstan Craig, an ex-Navy captain from an elite Pittsburgh family, joins the emerging wireless industry of the 1910s and creates a business empire. While a third of the book is set in Pittsburgh, the corporation's booming business drives the novel's protagonists to New York, New Jersey, California, Central America, and China.

Author Biography

Hans Otto Storm (1895-1941), born in California to German refugee parents, studied engineering at Stanford and was a radio engineer and novelist. Full Measure is his debut novel. He died by accidental electrocution just after Pearl Harbor while completing a large radio transmitter for the United States Army Signal Corps. She is buried in Hartford, Vermont.
